| Orien was the first company in the country doing Bus Bar Fabrication indigenously with technical collaboration from Alumina Degalcia, France for Nalco, now a Navratna Company. During the project more than 300 people trained in Bus Bar Fabrication, Erection and its maintenance viz. Clad repairing, Stem Welding, Pin Repair and clad supply. |

| Since inception of Nalco, Orien is setup a workshop inside Nalco and doing their maintenance needs. Orien has developed and maintaining many other sites thereafter for aluminium industries. |
